You are an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong background in industrial processes and a passion for innovation in the battery manufacturing sector. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that maintenance activities align with production goals.
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential issues before they escalate and implementing effective solutions. Your experience in maintenance management systems and your familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies will enable you to contribute significantly to Verkor's mission. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of equipment and systems within Verkor's Gigafactory. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams, you will ensure that all machinery operates at peak performance, adhering to safety and quality standards.
You will conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks, documenting findings and recommending improvements. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
