You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the fintech or B2B payments space — you understand the nuances of customer relationships and how to drive value for clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers and other teams to unlock expansion opportunities for your clients. You are results-driven, always looking for ways to enhance customer experiences and contribute to the overall growth of the company. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for account expansion and drive measurable growth for Versapay. Your day-to-day tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing insights on how Versapay's solutions can enhance their accounts receivable processes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also track account performance metrics and report on progress to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role, as you will act as their primary point of contact and advocate within Versapay.
