You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing day-to-day inquiries from Financial Advisors. Your effective communication skills allow you to cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and urgency.

You have experience in client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for client-related tactical issues. You understand the importance of trust-building and personalized attention in fostering client satisfaction. You are adept at addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online portals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries and providing daily support to Financial Advisors. You will conduct thorough needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions that ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate and execute cross-departmental projects that impact client relationships, ensuring quality and timely service delivery.

You will monitor project progress and engage with clients through open and interactive communication, going the extra mile to address their needs. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial in meeting or exceeding client support team targets and maintaining high client satisfaction scores.

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $65,000—$72,000 USD, reflecting your skills and experience.
