Who you are

You are a proactive and detail-oriented supply chain professional with a background in biomedical or electro-mechanical manufacturing. You excel at managing demand and production planning, inventory and warehousing, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach make you a trusted partner across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You have experience coordinating production schedules and managing inventory levels, ensuring that the right materials are available when needed. Your skills in navigating ERP systems allow you to drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. You are passionate about supporting innovation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain production schedules to support the demand plan while monitoring inventory levels to ensure a proper balance of raw materials and finished goods. You will establish and manage master data and setup for new product development and design transfer, planning and executing prototype and production planning and assembly execution to schedule.

You will analyze data to determine capacity and identify potential production delays, evaluating production performance and adjusting schedules as needed. Collaborating with manufacturing leadership and procurement, you will plan purchasing and production to minimize excess inventory and obsolescence while reducing carrying costs.
