What you'll do

You will take ownership of various design verification and validation activities, working closely with the R&D and engineering teams to comprehend and scrutinize complex hardware and system-level requirements. You will effectively plan out the execution of tasks and ensure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. Completing documentation for results and reports to be submitted to regulatory bodies will be part of your responsibilities. You will use exploratory test techniques to provide early testing feedback throughout the design and development process. Additionally, you will design and develop methods and test tools, both manual and automated, to aid in efficient and systematic testing. Your role will also involve demonstrating the use of reliability and quality engineering methods and tools such as DFMEA, life data analysis, and reliability testing. You will participate in the assessment of potential product hazards and devise appropriate tests to verify the mitigation of identified risks. Furthermore, you will participate in design reviews to discuss implementation details and suggest improvements or features. Accurately reporting and tracking product defects, as well as verifying hardware bug fixes, will be essential to your role.
