What you'll do

In this role, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and internal material movements. You will establish, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse operations to support the transition from product development to commercialization. Supervising and coaching warehouse staff will be a key responsibility, where you will set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support ongoing training and development. You will also establish processes for ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, while maintaining strong relationships with logistics service providers to support the resolution of delivery issues.
