What you'll do

As the Principal AI Engineer at Vixxo, you will lead the charge in establishing an AI-first development culture across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and automations that significantly enhance delivery and modernization efforts. You will work closely with engineering teams to implement agentic, AI-assisted development workflows that streamline processes and improve efficiency. In addition to your technical contributions, you will coach and mentor engineers on AI-first development practices, ensuring they are equipped with the skills necessary to succeed in this evolving landscape. You will engage with business stakeholders to gather AI requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes innovation and excellence.
