What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for providing both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory. You will repair and perform scheduled maintenance on various equipment types, including commercial espresso and coffee systems, ovens, and other appliances based on your skillset. You will manage inventory sorting, cycle counts, and deliveries according to established customer guidelines, all while adhering to safety rules and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
