You have a proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives — your experience includes developing and executing business cases that drive significant improvements in performance. You are comfortable engaging with senior executives on strategic priorities while also being hands-on in delivering results on the ground. Your strong commercial mindset allows you to assess and shape business cases effectively, ensuring that benefits are realized throughout the transformation process.
You thrive in high-impact roles and are passionate about operational excellence — your ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams is key to your success. You understand the complexities involved in business transformation and are adept at navigating challenges to achieve desired outcomes. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, starting from discovery and business case development through to implementation and change management. You will be responsible for driving operational delivery and ensuring that transformation programs align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your hands-on approach will involve working closely with various teams to implement changes that enhance business performance.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Vonage's global BU Apps business — your leadership will guide teams through complex change processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed. You will also be tasked with measuring the impact of transformation initiatives, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
