Who you are

You have a strong background in demand generation and digital marketing, with a focus on managing and optimizing middle- and bottom-of-funnel campaigns. Your experience includes working with various digital channels and partner programs to convert prospects into marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and opportunities. You are skilled in analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive decisions, ensuring alignment with sales goals.

You possess expertise in managing tactics such as Comparison Shopping Engines (CSE), Affiliate Partnerships, and Cost-per-Lead (CPL) programs. Your ability to track and analyze full-funnel impact allows you to measure performance from lead capture through to closed-won revenue. You are comfortable developing comprehensive reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and lead quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and optimize middle- and bottom-of-funnel campaigns across digital channels, focusing on converting prospects into MQLs and opportunities. You will manage and optimize CSE and CPL programs, including vendor management, campaign trafficking, execution, and budget optimization. Your responsibilities will also include executing core BOFU digital tactics, such as content syndication, retargeting, and sponsored content placements.

You will track and analyze the full-funnel impact of your campaigns, measuring performance metrics like lead capture, MQL conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting and dashboards will be essential to communicate the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. You will partner closely with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and opportunities are delivered against business goals.
