Data Analyst • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in leading the analysis of large datasets to understand player behavior and identify growth opportunities. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform game design and feature development.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with game designers, product managers, and developers. Your ability to communicate data-driven strategies effectively ensures that insights are embedded throughout the game’s lifecycle. You take ownership of the entire data chain for your game, proactively identifying what needs focus and what can be deprioritized.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on all things data, establishing best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will lead the analysis of player behavior data to drive engagement, retention, and monetization strategies. Your recommendations will directly influence the product roadmap and game design decisions.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that data-driven strategies are integrated into the development process. This includes designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support ongoing analysis and reporting. You will also be responsible for creating dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders.
