Who you are

You are a Senior Game Developer with extensive experience in Unity and C#. You have been a primary contributor to game architecture and feature development for several casual games, demonstrating a strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and player engagement. Your excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including product managers and designers. You pay special attention to detail and have a good sense of gameplay experience, ensuring that every aspect of the game resonates with players. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, which allows you to communicate your ideas clearly in a multicultural environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio dedicated to refining Cup Heroes into a market-ready title. You will leverage the existing traction of the game to build an exceptional player experience, focusing on enhancing core mechanics and gameplay. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and other experts to design and implement new features, as well as optimizing existing ones. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that can elevate the game's appeal. Your contributions will directly impact the game's success, and you will have the opportunity to shape its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.
