You have experience with analytics tools such as SQL and Looker, which enables you to make data-driven decisions that enhance game performance. Your background in economy balancing, reward design, or pricing strategies is a significant asset, allowing you to identify risks and opportunities within the game's economy. You thrive in collaborative environments and are always willing to compromise to achieve the best outcomes for the team and the players.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager for 'This is Blast!', you will be at the heart of the game's development, contributing to critical decisions that shape its future. You will oversee the game's design, ensuring that it aligns with player expectations and market trends. Your role will involve fleshing out game details, managing testing phases, and revising the game based on player feedback to maximize engagement and retention.

You will own and maintain the core economy of the game, which includes managing currencies, sources and sinks, and progression pacing. Monitoring the health of the game's economy will be a key responsibility, as you proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the game evolves in a way that captivates and entertains millions of players.
