What you'll do

As a Part-Time Returns Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently processing product returns. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries of returns from our transportation carriers and maintaining accurate tracking information. Your role will involve utilizing RF scanners for returns processing and WMS management, ensuring that all returns are handled accurately and promptly. You will conduct return inspections, including photo documentation, and escalate patterns of recurring issues to management. Additionally, you will be expected to speak to KPIs around productivity and processing defects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the returns process.
