You are a self-motivated and reliable technician with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. You thrive in environments where you can coordinate daily tasks and lead crews effectively. Your ability to operate 40ft+ lifts and manage installations ensures that projects stay on track. You understand the importance of building relationships and investing in your team, making you a valuable asset to any project.
You have a strong work ethic and are willing to travel extensively, working 50-60 hours a week in distribution centers that span over 500k sq. ft. Your experience allows you to find solutions independently, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and effectively. You are committed to long-term employment and are looking for a role that offers competitive pay and exceptional benefits.
What you'll do
As a Traveling Lead Technician, you will coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman and oversee the operations of your crew. You will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed on time and to the highest standards. Your role will involve operating heavy machinery, including 40ft+ lifts, and managing the logistics of large-scale builds across the country. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment remains productive and efficient.
You will also be tasked with mentoring junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment. You will be expected to adapt to changing project requirements and find innovative solutions to challenges that arise during installations.
