You have a strong background in data analytics and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in leading data initiatives. Your hands-on experience with SQL and dbt allows you to manipulate and analyze data effectively, while your business intuition helps you translate data insights into actionable strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to define key metrics and reporting structures. You value authenticity and efficiency, and you are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Desirable

Experience with Tableau and BigQuery is a plus, as you will be leveraging these tools to create impactful visualizations and reports. Familiarity with pet health or related industries can provide valuable context to your work, but it is not a strict requirement. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.

What you'll do

As the Data Lead at Wagmo, you will own the data foundation and analytics strategy, ensuring that data is effectively utilized to drive revenue and operational efficiency. You will partner with various teams to define metrics that matter, build trusted reporting systems, and surface insights that shape the company's strategy. Your role will involve hands-on work with SQL and dbt to develop data pipelines and analytics solutions that support business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
