Who you are

You have a strong background in DevOps practices and are passionate about developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure. Your experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes has equipped you to handle complex technical challenges effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle issues proactively, ensuring smooth operations and high availability of services. You understand the importance of automation in DevOps and have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes. You are a team player who values communication and collaboration, making you an asset to any engineering team.

Desirable

Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation would be a plus. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus or Grafana can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in software development can also be beneficial, as it allows you to understand the full lifecycle of applications and services.

What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer at WalkMe, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our innovative digital adoption platform. You will work closely with the Cloud Engineering team to design and implement scalable and reliable systems that enhance user experience. Your role will involve automating deployment processes and managing cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency. You will also collaborate with software engineers to integrate new features and improvements into our existing infrastructure. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues will be key aspects of your responsibilities, as you strive to maintain high availability and reliability of services. You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights on best practices in DevOps. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations maximize their digital assets.
