What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in Waymo’s Foundation World Model post-training and evaluation, contributing to the development of robust models that enhance the performance of autonomous vehicles. You will research and develop cutting-edge reinforcement learning and distillation techniques specifically for autonomous vehicle trajectory planning. Your work will involve integrating the latest research findings from the AI community into Waymo’s internal reinforcement learning frameworks, ensuring that our technology remains at the forefront of the industry. You will collaborate with other research teams within Alphabet, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and improve the safety and efficiency of our autonomous driving systems.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with participation in our discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
