What you'll do

As the Head of Workplace Strategy and Services at Waymo, you will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale operations and portfolio-wide programs. Your role will involve defining and implementing workplace strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives. You will lead initiatives that enhance user experience and optimize workplace environments, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Global Workplace & eMobility, reporting directly to them on the progress of various programs and initiatives. Your strategic oversight will be crucial in managing headcount planning and ensuring that the workplace environment supports the company's growth and operational needs.

In this role, you will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating company-wide events, ensuring that they align with Waymo's culture and values. You will work to create an engaging and productive workplace that fosters collaboration and innovation among employees.
