What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and launch strategic programs aimed at enhancing resilience to service disruptions at scale. You will drive the creation of structures that facilitate effective responses to critical events, ensuring tight coordination and streamlined collaboration across Safety, Security, Operations, and other relevant teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing program roadmaps, managing timelines, and ensuring that all projects align with Waymo's mission to improve access to mobility and safety. You will be accountable for the successful execution of these programs, working closely with various stakeholders to navigate challenges and drive progress.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Your role will involve regular communication with senior leadership to provide updates on program status and outcomes. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative solutions to complex problems.
