Who you are
You have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance, with a proven track record of building and leading GRC capabilities in a technology-driven environment. Your experience includes developing frameworks that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the AI and automotive sectors. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their roles in maintaining security and compliance. You are adept at identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive or AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards. A certification in risk management or compliance would be advantageous, demonstrating your commitment to professional development in this field.
What you'll do
As the Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead at Wayve, you will be responsible for defining and building the security GRC capability.
