What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Wayve, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI models that enhance the capabilities of autonomous vehicles. You will design and implement machine learning algorithms, focusing on improving perception, understanding, and navigation in complex environments. Collaborating with researchers and engineers, you will contribute to the end-to-end research process, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and evaluation. Your role will involve experimenting with various architectures and techniques to optimize model performance and ensure safety in automated driving systems.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
