Who you are
You are a detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong foundation in securities law, ready to support Wealthfront's transition to a public company. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about building scalable processes for a regulated fintech platform. Your experience allows you to partner effectively with Legal, Finance, and external advisors, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
You have a solid understanding of public company operations and SEC reporting requirements. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines will be crucial as you coordinate EDGAR filings and assist with the preparation of periodic reports like Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. You will assist with drafting disclosure support materials and managing reporting calendars, which will require excellent organizational skills. Your responsibilities will also include supporting capital markets transactions, such as follow-on offerings and debt financings, where you will help with due diligence requests and document execution.
