What you'll do

As Wealthfront’s first Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's visual identity through motion. You will collaborate with the Visual Creative Director and other team members to develop a cohesive motion design strategy that aligns with Wealthfront's brand values. Your responsibilities will include creating animations for various platforms, from social media to website content, ensuring that each piece effectively communicates the intended message. You will also be tasked with defining best practices for motion design within the team, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects that transform complex financial ideas into simple, relatable narratives, making financial concepts more accessible to a broader audience.
