Who you are
You have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in machine learning, specifically with Large Language Models and Mixture of Experts. Your proven track record includes developing and deploying advanced AI models, showcasing your ability to innovate in the field. You possess strong programming skills in Python and are proficient with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Your experience is complemented by a history of publications or significant industry contributions, demonstrating your commitment to advancing the field of AI.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge within your team. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning is second nature to you, and you are eager to apply this knowledge to enhance model performance and efficiency. Your strong analytical skills enable you to conduct cutting-edge research that drives innovation in machine learning methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of Large Language Models and Mixture of Experts models, ensuring they are integrated effectively into our platform.
