While this is an entry-level role, you bring part-time or internship experience, particularly in customer service or within an advertising/marketing agency. You are enthusiastic about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

You possess a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and have basic HTML skills. Your previous experiences have equipped you with strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and team members. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work, contributing to the success of your clients and the agency.

What you'll do

As a Jr. Digital Communications Account Manager at WebFX, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth for our clients. Your role will involve communicating with clients to understand their goals and providing them with updates on campaign performance.

You will receive training and mentorship to enhance your skills in digital marketing, customer service, and account management. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in the digital marketing landscape. As you grow in your role, you may have the chance to advance to positions such as Digital Communications Specialist or Digital Marketing Consultant.
