Who you are
You are an entry-level candidate with a bachelor's degree or are about to graduate, and you have a strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.4 or above. You are interested in a career that involves project management, written content development, and team mentorship. While related skills and experience are encouraged, they are not required as comprehensive training will be provided. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and research abilities. Digital marketing experience, blogging, or copywriting experience would be a bonus, as well as experience coordinating schedules and deadlines of others. You are organized, timely, and able to juggle multiple projects at once, and you take pride in your work, always striving for high-quality results.
Desirable
You have a keen interest in the web and enjoy keeping up with new technology. While not required, having experience with tools like Excel, Google Suite, and Google Analytics would be advantageous. Basic HTML knowledge is also a plus. You are a people person who loves finding common ground with others and are professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client content projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. You will collaborate with team members to develop written content that meets client needs and expectations. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles. What we offer
WebFX offers a competitive salary range of $43,000 to $45,500, potentially higher based on work experience.
