Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, web design, UX, or a related field, and you’ve maintained a GPA above 3.4. Your portfolio showcases excellent graphic design work, particularly in web design and UX, demonstrating your keen design eye and understanding of design fundamentals such as typography and color theory. You are passionate about creating user-centered designs and have a solid grasp of design principles that enhance usability and accessibility. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a team that values creativity and innovation.

What you'll do

As a UI/UX Designer at WebFX, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with the Nutshell team to create designs that meet the needs of small businesses, ensuring that your work helps thousands of users every day. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the company, with potential promotional paths leading to positions such as Associate Lead UX Designer or Senior UX Designer.
