Who you are
You have 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology company. Your background includes a STEM or other highly quantitative degree, equipping you with the analytical skills necessary to tackle complex problems. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams makes you a valuable asset in any project. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of business operations, which allows you to provide insights that drive performance improvements.
What you'll do
As a Founder Associate at Wheely, you will be part of a small elite team focused on high-priority tasks across the company. Your primary responsibilities will include building the scale-up infrastructure necessary for the company's growth. This involves designing key management processes such as performance management, compensation, hiring practices, and organizational design. You will also drive special initiatives, applying your generalist talent to address urgent projects or emergencies, such as funding rounds or product performance issues. Additionally, you will oversee specific business areas, acting as an extra pair of eyes to monitor performance and provide insights to the Founder. Your role will require you to navigate complex situations and contribute to Wheely's mission of enhancing user privacy while scaling a five-star service.
