What you'll do

As a Senior Android Engineer on the Growth team, you will be responsible for building and refining features that enhance the user experience and drive member engagement. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that remove friction from the user journey. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing to ensure high-quality releases. You will also analyze user data to inform your development decisions and measure the impact of your work on key growth metrics. You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
