You have a strong background in data analysis and are fluent in SQL — you understand how to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and are driven by improving member experiences. You are deeply curious about artificial intelligence and its applications in enhancing user engagement and health outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working at the intersection of analytics, product, and AI, where your insights can directly impact the member experience. You are proactive in fostering your curiosity and are eager to support innovative ideas that can lead to significant improvements in WHOOP's offerings. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the AI Product team to operationalize AI initiatives that enhance member experiences. You will analyze data to generate insights that inform product strategy and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough analyses of member data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve WHOOP's AI-powered features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are effectively integrated into product development and marketing strategies. You will also be involved in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and will regularly report on these metrics to stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tackling complex challenges and driving data-informed decisions that align with WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance.
