As a senior leader in the Creative team, you are both a visionary and a doer, able to set high standards while also being hands-on when necessary. You have a proven track record of evolving brand standards and ensuring consistency across all visual communications — your ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking sets you apart. What you'll do
In this role, you will be an integral member of the Marketing team, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure that all visual communications align with the brand's vision. You will lead the Creative team, setting the standard for quality and creativity while also coaching team members to achieve their best work. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative concepts for various marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to print materials. You will work closely with designers to guide their creative process, providing feedback and support to help them grow.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and evolving brand standards, ensuring that all visual communications are consistent and reflect the brand's identity. You will analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data to inform your decisions and drive improvements. Your ability to crack big ideas and translate them into actionable plans will be key to your success in this role. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
