Who you are

You have a strong background in HR generalist functions and operational excellence — you thrive in environments that blend repeatable processes with evolving challenges. Your experience includes leading critical initiatives such as Open Enrollment and managing complex projects that enhance People Operations. You bring a bias for action and are excited to shape the future of a scaling People team.

You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Your ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics will help you drive the execution and evolution of key People Ops systems. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of HR processes, ensuring that initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead critical annual initiatives and take charge of complex projects that advance the maturity of WHOOP's People infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the VP of People Operations to ensure that the systems and programs you manage align with the company's mission to unlock human performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of People Ops programs, analyzing their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the People team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through the challenges of scaling, and you will play a key role in shaping what great looks like for WHOOP's People Operations. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that the programs you manage meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
