Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and retention. Your passion for understanding user behavior allows you to create emotionally resonant designs that connect with users on a deeper level. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that enhance the user experience. You are comfortable experimenting with different design approaches to find the most effective solutions for user acquisition and activation.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and data analytics is a plus, as it helps you make informed design decisions. Familiarity with wearable technology or health-related products can give you an edge in understanding WHOOP's mission and user needs. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the team.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer II at WHOOP, you will play a critical role in designing cross-platform experiences that help users discover and engage with WHOOP's products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user journeys. Your work will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that the final products meet user needs and expectations.
