WHOOP is seeking a Hardware Engineering Project Manager II to lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch. You'll collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Firmware, and Supply Chain teams to drive innovation in product development.

Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly within hardware engineering, and you thrive in leading cross-functional teams. Your experience includes managing projects from concept through to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the project meets its objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to navigate challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines ensures that projects are delivered on schedule. You understand the importance of innovation in product development and are passionate about driving teams towards achieving high-performance outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of next-generation products at WHOOP, driving projects from initial concept through to launch. You will coordinate with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Firmware, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration among teams, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common goal.

You will be responsible for setting project timelines, defining milestones, and tracking progress to ensure that projects stay on schedule. Regular communication with stakeholders will be key, as you will need to provide updates and address any concerns that may arise. Your role will also involve identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
