What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure that WHOOP's hardware products meet industry-leading quality and performance standards. You will influence the product lifecycle from early design through mass production, ensuring that reliability is a key focus at every stage. Your work will involve analyzing data to identify potential reliability issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate reliability considerations into product designs and processes. This includes conducting reliability testing and analysis to validate product performance under various conditions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reliability metrics to track product performance and inform future design improvements.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering, ensuring that WHOOP remains at the forefront of hardware innovation. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to prioritize reliability in their work.
