What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of the WHOOP ecosystem, defining how third-party apps and services integrate with WHOOP physiology. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that integrations are seamless and enhance the overall member experience. Your responsibilities will include defining the product vision and strategy, conducting user research to understand member needs, and prioritizing features that deliver the most value.

You will collaborate with external partners to establish integration frameworks that allow for smooth data exchange and functionality — your ability to communicate technical requirements clearly will be essential in these discussions. You will also monitor the performance of integrations, using data to assess their impact on member engagement and satisfaction.
