Overview

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to design and implement retail strategies that enhance brand presence. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to create premium retail experiences.

You have a strong background in visual merchandising, with experience in retail environments that emphasize brand presentation and customer engagement. Your expertise in design and strategic thinking allows you to create cohesive visual experiences that align with brand values. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of WHOOP's retail fixture and in-store presentation strategy on a global scale. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the visual merchandising aligns with WHOOP's evolving brand strategy. You will partner with retailers and external vendors to deliver world-class physical brand experiences that reflect WHOOP's commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing visual merchandising guidelines, conducting store visits to assess execution, and providing feedback to ensure consistency across all retail locations. You will also analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine visual strategies and enhance customer engagement. Your role will require travel as needed to support retail initiatives and collaborate with teams across different regions.
