You have 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and .NET Core in production environments — you understand programming fundamentals and can deliver complete features with minimal supervision. Your strong grasp of SQL allows you to write clean and efficient queries, and you are familiar with ORM frameworks. You advocate for engineering best practices and continuous improvement across your team, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and propose solutions. Your familiarity with modern delivery pipelines and cloud concepts enhances your ability to contribute to CI/CD workflows and cloud-based delivery environments. You are proactive in debugging, troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analysis for production and development issues, ensuring that the applications you build are scalable, observable, traceable, and measurable.

Desirable

Experience with additional cloud services or frameworks would be a plus, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving landscape of software development.
