Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines. Your background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. You possess solid experience with data migration projects and have worked with large datasets, showcasing your ability to handle complex data challenges. Your hands-on experience with Snowflake includes data loading, querying, and performance optimization, making you proficient in managing data effectively. You are also skilled in using dbt for data transformation and modeling, ensuring data integrity and usability. Proven experience with Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestrating data workflows is essential, as is your expert-level SQL skills, which include complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning. You are proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation, allowing you to tackle edge cases efficiently. Familiarity with PySpark, AWS Athena, and Google BigQuery enhances your ability to work with various data sources and systems. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ELT principles rounds out your expertise.
