You have 3–5 years of professional publishing and/or copyediting experience, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Your intermediate Excel knowledge focuses on data visualization and chart creation, allowing you to analyze data effectively and identify trends. You possess advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, enabling you to create visually appealing presentations that align with design specifications and brand guidelines. Your solid understanding of financial and investment concepts equips you to handle complex datasets with accuracy and consistency. As a collaborative team player, you thrive in diverse teams and can manage shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Your strong interpersonal skills help you communicate effectively across various business units.

Desirable

While not required, experience using content automation platforms such as Seismic and Workfront is a plus. You have an awareness of AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies, and you show an interest in learning about software development and consulting services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will apply your PowerPoint and Excel skills to create accurate and visually clear content for various formats. You will build assets using content automation platforms like Seismic, ensuring successful output across different channels. Your responsibilities include generating and maintaining charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits, as well as updating data, layout, formatting, design, and content within PowerPoint templates. You will customize materials to ensure consistency with design specifications and brand guidelines. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify trends, detect variances, and ensure accuracy across large, multi-source datasets. Your role will require you to collaborate with diverse teams, managing shifting priorities and unpredictable workloads while consistently meeting deadlines.
