While leadership is not a requirement, you are encouraged to display proactive behavior and take ownership of problems, demonstrating curiosity and effective communication in your interactions with team members.

Desirable

You have experience with AI tooling and can leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment your day-to-day work. You are capable of providing recommendations on effective AI use and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhancing the overall productivity of your team.
