You have 2-3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally in a high-volume production or marketing environment — you've developed a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of brand consistency across various formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, is second nature to you, allowing you to create compelling visual content efficiently. You are comfortable working with pre-defined templates and can deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative direction, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing stakeholders. Your ability to ensure all visuals meet accessibility standards and follow brand and legal compliance requirements is crucial in your role.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining quality under tight timelines. Your adaptability allows you to update, refine, and adapt assets for both digital and print channels as needed. You are also open to recommending opportunities for AI-driven optimization, showcasing your forward-thinking approach to design.

What you'll do
