Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design intuitive products that meet user needs and business goals. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life. You are comfortable iterating on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. You have a passion for AI and technology, and you stay updated on the latest trends in design and user experience.
Desirable
Experience in designing for AI-driven products or platforms is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing will help you stand out. A background in enterprise software design is also beneficial, as it will give you insights into the unique challenges faced by users in this space.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Workato, you will lead the design efforts for our AI agents, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective in streamlining complex workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into design specifications. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision clearly. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs.
