You possess a true 'figure it out' mindset, meaning you are comfortable finding solutions to problems that donβt yet have owners. Your experience allows you to streamline daily workflows and own financial tasks effectively.
You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to your work, ensuring that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication within a team, and you are eager to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks will be essential in this role, as you will be exposed to all sides of a growing company, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist with daily and monthly financial processes, ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will be instrumental in streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency within the finance department. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and provide insights that drive decision-making.
As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to evolve with the business and contribute to its growth. You will work closely with leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals, helping to shape the future of WorkBoard. What we offer
WorkBoard offers a competitive total cash compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location premium. In addition to a standard equity package, you will have the chance to work in a remote role, with a premium for Bay Area candidates.
