Woven by Toyota is hiring a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes for over 1300 employees. You'll ensure accurate payroll and provide employee support regarding taxes and social insurance. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience managing payroll processes and understand the complexities involved in ensuring timely and accurate payroll for employees. Your attention to detail ensures that all payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently, contributing to employee satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
You are skilled in handling inquiries related to taxes and social insurance, providing guidance to employees on various payroll-related matters. Your ability to communicate effectively with both employees and external vendors is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Payroll Analyst, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes within the Payroll System, ensuring that all new joiners and leavers are accurately reflected in payroll records. You will also be responsible for annual year-end tax adjustments, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
You will provide support to employees regarding their tax inquiries and social insurance matters, acting as a liaison between employees and payroll vendors. Your role will involve coordinating with payroll and social security attorney vendors to resolve any issues that arise and to improve payroll processes.
Additionally, you will prepare necessary documentation for audits and support compliance efforts by improving internal control processes. Your proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement will help streamline payroll operations and enhance overall efficiency.
