Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in tax compliance, particularly in corporate income tax and GST regulations across multiple countries. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex tax laws and ensure that all filings are accurate and submitted on time. You are proactive in risk management and stay updated on changes in local tax laws, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore. Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to provide valuable insights to finance and business teams regarding tax matters.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prepare and review corporate income tax returns for Malaysia, Singapore, and India, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing GST returns for Singapore, monitoring changes in tax laws, and advising the organization on compliance matters. Your role will involve collaborating with finance and business teams to provide technical expertise and support on direct and indirect tax issues. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the organization's compliance and mitigating tax-related risks.
