Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, particularly in property finance, with experience leading teams and driving financial transformation initiatives. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) allows you to provide valuable insights and guidance to stakeholders. You are adept at managing complex transactions and have a proven track record of enhancing capital expenditure (Capex) tracking and standardizing financial processes across a global portfolio.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with Finance Business Partners and global property directors. Your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic recommendations is key to your success in this role. You are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and support global property finance initiatives, driving transformation and FP&A for WPP's worldwide property portfolio. You will be pivotal in developing global business cases and enhancing Capex tracking processes. Your responsibilities will include standardizing financial processes across the global property estate and transforming the overall property cost category. You will provide expert financial guidance and manage complex transactions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners at headquarters, providing key financial support to global property directors in their mission to streamline and transform the property estate. Your leadership will be essential in driving financial performance and ensuring that financial processes are efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
