You have a solid background in accounting with experience in managing financial processes, particularly in Record-to-Report. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to review manual journal entries and reconciliations effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to collaborate with various business units and ensure timely reporting. You are self-motivated and thrive in a team-oriented environment, always aiming for high-quality processing in your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the Record-to-Report process within WPP's U.S. Shared Service Center. You will review manual journal entries and reconciliations for areas such as Fixed Assets, Inter-company, Tax, and Treasury. Your responsibilities will include preparing period-end reporting accurately and on time, participating in internal and external audits as needed, and monitoring the quality of processing by GL Staff and Senior Accountants. You will provide guidance and approvals to ensure that all financial processes meet the company's high standards.
