What you'll do

As the Programme Director for WPP's Tenant Consolidation programme, you will lead the charge in simplifying, modernizing, and unifying technology platforms across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that new ways of working are adopted effectively, and that the benefits of the transformation are realized across all agencies and markets. You will work closely with various teams to develop strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and minimize change fatigue among employees.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the people side of the transformation, which includes developing communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to align the transformation goals with the overall business strategy, ensuring that the initiatives support WPP's mission of leveraging creativity for better futures.
